If you are a guest of Hotel Boss (including guests and customers of our restaurants, food & beverage outlets, meetings and events services)
- To provide products and services to guests and to respond to guests’ queries, requests and feedback
- To keep guests updated on Hotel Boss’s products and services, including special offers and promotions
- To seek feedback from guests and evaluate Hotel Boss’s products and services and how Hotel Boss can improve its products and services
- To manage the administrative and business operations of Hotel Boss
- To comply with applicable rules, laws, regulations, codes of practice or guidelines issued by any legal or regulatory bodies which are binding on Hotel Boss
If you are a Vendor / Service Provider / Business Partner of Hotel Boss
- For the purposes of the supply of products and services and support by vendors / service providers / business partners to Hotel Boss and the evaluation of such products and services
- Processing and payment of vendor invoices
- To manage the administrative and business operations of Hotel Boss
- To comply with applicable rules, laws, regulations, codes of practice or guidelines issued by any legal or regulatory bodies which are binding on Hotel Boss

In relation to particular products and services or in your interactions with us, we may also have specifically notified you of other purposes for which we collect, use or disclose your Personal Data and sought your consent to such purposes. If we need to use your Personal Data for any purpose to which you have not previously consented, we will seek your consent prior to using your Personal Data for the new purpose.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
We may share you personal data with third parties in order to perform services on our behalf, including but not limited to processing of credit card transactions, providing you with customer service or data analysis. All such third parties will be under obligation to maintain confidentiality and security of the personal data and to only use the personal data for the purposes expressly specified by us. We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to defend Hotel Boss against liability or in any judicial process or as otherwise required for complying with the law.
RETENTION
Hotel Boss will retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to serve its purpose, or as required by relevant laws.
SECURITY
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable security safeguards and measures to prevent unauthorised access and misuse of personal data. To protect credit card details, we currently use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit card information during transit.
